Who we are

Koi es Amor owns this website and the printable templates offered on it. You can write to us at [email protected].

What data we collect

This site has no forms or user accounts. We automatically collect browsing data, such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and where the visit came from, using cookies and similar technologies.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Hotmart. The details you enter at checkout, such as name, email, phone and payment method, are received and handled by Hotmart under its own privacy policy. We receive the information needed to deliver your purchase and support you.

Analytics tools

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel to understand how the site is used, improve the experience and measure our campaigns. These tools may set cookies in your browser.

Messages on social networks

When you write to us or comment on our posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp, we receive through the official tools of those platforms your profile name or username, your profile picture, an identifier of your conversation with us and the content of your messages, comments and attachments.

We use this information only to answer you, send you information about the products you ask about and help you with your purchase. Some replies are written by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini), and a person on our team can review the conversation and reply at any time.

Conversations are stored on servers we manage and only our team can access them. We keep them for up to 12 months after your last message. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to [email protected].

How we use data

To deliver the products you buy, answer your messages, improve the site and show relevant ads. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
